“Hill and Knowlton Strategies” Ceases its Activity in the Baltic States

Enterprises of the agency group of public relations Hill and Knowlton Strategies ceases it activity in the Baltic States, their obligations in Latvia are transferred to the newly established company Mezgaile, Malina un Austrins (MM&A), informed BNS the representatives of MM&A.

The company noted that after the decision of the group Hill and Knowlton Strategies related to ceasing it presence in the Baltic States, the customers in Latvia will be serviced by the agency of public relations and marketing strategies MM&A, formed by the former management team Hill and Knowlton Latvia. MM&A will retain the previous team of Hill and Knowlton Latvia.


MM&A will start its work on April 16 after Hill and Knowlton Latvia will fulfil all obligations to customers.

According to Lursoft, MM&A was entered in the Commercial Register on Friday; the share capital of the company is 2800 euro. The largest owner of the company is Janis Austrinsh with 40% shares of the capital; members of the board of MM&A Egite Malina and Linda Mezhgayle own 30% of shares each.

Hill and Knowlton Latvia was established in 1996, its share capital is 7880 euro. The sole owner of the company is a Dutch company Berkeley Square Holding B.V.
