The income tax return for 2020 must be submitted in an updated form

The IFTS finalized the declaration form, its format and the procedure for filling it out.
Let's point out the main improvements:
• updated barcodes;
• amended Appendix No. 2 to the declaration will be filled in by taxpayers who have entered into an agreement on the protection and promotion of investment. Information about the income of an individual from operations with securities in this application will no longer be indicated;
• new signs of a taxpayer have appeared, for example, code 17 for IT companies;
• added fields to sheet 02. They are also provided for participants in special investment contracts and residents of the ASEZ;
• for sheet 04, a new code for the type of income was added - 9. This code is filled out when it is necessary to reflect the shareholder's income from the distribution of the property of the liquidated organization in the declaration;
• another type of adjustment has appeared on sheet 08 - based on the results of the mutual agreement procedure.
