The court did not require from the employee evidence that he could not get a job because of the lack of employment record. It is enough the organization’s fault that it did not issue the book on time.
Note that in earlier practice, the St. Petersburg City Court supported the decision of the first instance, which took a different position. For compensation, the former employee had to confirm that he was trying to find a job, but was refused due to the lack of a work record.
