Class I Agency

A Class I Agency with BCCG is the highest level of Agency that BCCG offers it's Sub-Agents. With a Class I Agency the Agent can draw commission several ways. The Class I Agent can utilize their Senior Agents to assist them in gathering leads and helping to sell BCCG products and services. In addition to having access to BCCG products and services the Class I Agent may also offer to their clients products and services from TCNetworks.com, Web Plus Studio.com and Join The Planet.com.

Their will be a limited number of Class I Agencies granted so territory and exclusivity should be well guarded for each Class I Agent even if there are more than 1 Class I Agents in a geographic area. No Class I Agency may claim exclusive rights to a certain territory at any time. Class I Agents should be able to obtain an amount of leads that is satisfactory to meet their committance while working with their assigned Senior Agent and BCCG when necessary to attain their committance. The committance level for Class I Agents can be seen in the table below. BCCG reserves the right to change committance levels either as a whole or on a per Agent level as necessary. All Class I Agencies must be approved by the assigned Senior Agent and by the Senior Management of BCCG.
