However, in general, suburban areas are gradually becoming more popular than the city centres at all age levels. More and more residents of Latvia are ready to buy more spacious property even at a distance of an hour's drive from the city. But this is compensated by the proximity of the surrounding nature, large open space for family and suburban tranquillity.
