As a BCCG Agent you can fill one of 4 positions within the organization at various commitment and commission levels. Of course the more you commit to BCCG the more BCCG will commit to you. Just a little information about the various levels of Agencies that BCCG offers to prospective agents.

Senior Agency--- this is the highest level of Agency within the BCCG Agency program. Senior Agents have a variety of products and services available to them as well as free reign to sign on sub agents that BCCG will recognize as Class I. II and III Agents. Also, Senior Agents enjoy a commission structure based on all 3 levels of sales commitments and a commission structure designed specifically for the sub-agents they have recruited or that BCCG has assigned to them. All Sub Agents are assigned to a Senior Agent for management purposes. Therefore, BCCG has made a commitment to its Senior Agents to do everything we can to ensure their success while expecting the best in return. Senior Agents are selected by the senior management of BCCG to help ensure success at that level BCCG is looking for the best and brightest to fill their Senior Agent positions. There are only a limited number of Senior Agent positions to be filled.

Class I Agency--- this is the highest level of Agency within the BCCG Agency program. Class I Agents have a variety of products and services available to them. Class I Agents enjoy a commission structure based on all 3 levels of sales commitments. All Class I Agents are assigned to a Senior Agent for management purposes. Class I Agents are selected by the senior management of BCCG and the Senior Agents assigned to help the Class I Agent. To ensure success at every level BCCG is looking for the best and brightest to fill their Class I Agent positions.

Class II Agency--- this is the middle level of Agency within the BCCG Agency program. Class II Agents have a variety of products and services available to them. Class II Agents enjoy a commission structure based on all 2 levels of sales commitments. All Class II Agents are assigned to a Senior Agent for management purposes. Therefore, BCCG has made a commitment to its Class II Agents to do everything we can to ensure their success, by providing them world class products and an excellent management system, while expecting the best in return. Class II Agents are selected by the Senior Agents assigned to help the Class II Agent. To ensure success at every level BCCG is looking for the best and brightest to fill their Class II Agent positions. Class II Agents can move up to Class I at any time after they have exceeded their commitment level for 3 months in a row or at the discretion of the BCCG Senior Management.

Class III Agents enjoy a commission structure based on simple $0 sales commitment. All Class III Agents are assigned to a Senior Agent for management purposes. Class III Agents are selected by the Senior Agents assigned to help the Class III Agent. Class III Agents can move up to Class II at any time after they have submitted a request in writing or at the discretion of the BCCG Senior Management.
